　　中新网8月31日电 中国贸促会31日举办新闻发布会，会上，中国贸促会新闻发言人杨帆发布2026年7月份全国贸促系统商事认证数据。数据显示，7月份全国贸促系统优惠原产地证书签证金额同比增长24.77%。

　　杨帆表示，2026年7月份，全国贸促系统累计签发原产地证书、ATA单证册、商事证明书等各类证书73.64万份。

　　其中，全国贸促系统非优惠原产地证书签证金额323.32亿美元，同比增长7.38%；签证份数37.86万份；办证企业4.70万家，同比增长0.88%。全国贸促系统优惠原产地证书签证金额109.24亿美元，同比增长24.77%；签证份数29.61万份，同比增长7.17%；办证企业3.59万家，同比增长15.77%。

　　2026年7月份，全国贸促系统RCEP原产地证书签证金额8.73亿美元，同比增长16.81%；签证份数2.9万份，同比增长7.48%。

　　杨帆指出，全国贸促系统优惠原产地证书签证金额、份数保持稳步增长，反映我国高水平对外开放政策持续释放红利，区域经济一体化与贸易便利化水平有效提升，同时也表明，在全国贸促系统等多方共同推动下，广大外贸企业主动适应市场变化，愈加熟练运用RCEP等自贸协定优惠政策，拓展国际市场的能力和韧性不断增强。 【编辑:王祎】
